B2B eCommerce + Business Intelligence for sales
The Challenge
This company when contacting us, was with a base of more than 2,000 customers with 10,000 delivery addresses approx. These customers placed thousands of orders by phone, email or even WhatsApp , saturating the work of Commercial and Administrative in the recording of orders every month. On the other hand, the information that the commercials had on the evolution of sales was scarce and usually arrived late.
The Solution
Grupo Prisma contracted the Orbita platform to offer its customers a B2B eCommerce, which, thanks to its integration with the ERP, offered them a simple, friendly and completely personalized ordering interface, both in prices and in the catalog of products client to client. In addition, thanks to the integration of eCommerce with the PIM (Product Information Management system), the product information available to customers was enriched, greatly improving their experience on Prisma’s services.
Additionally, a Commercial Dashboard was developed with online access and up-to-date information on the evolution of sales . In this tool, each Commercial has access to the information of their clients and the Management to the complete results of the company.
The Results
The implementation of Orbita has reduced order recording work by up to 50%, freeing up time for sales representatives to increase sales and administrative time for tasks with greater added value.
The Commercial Dashboard allows salespeople to anticipate the challenges of falling sales and discover new business opportunities by analyzing sales from the perspective of customers, product families, suppliers and items.
