Orbita Dashboard – Orbita MDM
The Challenge
This business has multiple allied companies among them distributed throughout Brazil, they offer national coverage with the quality of a local service, which guarantees a high level of service and customization to meet the needs of each client .
Being different companies and with different locations, the information for customers came from different sources and is different formats, which made it very difficult to create an agile and efficient information system, both internally and for these customers.
The Solution
From Orbita we created a unique communication protocol for the entire network of companies that make up the Allia group and later integrated it on our Orbita MDM to build a series of Dashboard with Business Intelligence solutions, both for internal use in Allia, and externally, for its customers.
The Results
After the implementation of the solution, the information processes changed radically, speeding up the reception of information, analysis and making it available , for all users who needed this information for decision making. Internally, the project was a great success, but in the clients it was even greater, since no company in Brazil is providing a similar solution. Customers described the value proposition as a differential tool within Allia’s services. The customer experience improved very significantly.
